Boulder Waffle Catering for Campus, Community and Office Mornings
We make the run up US 36 to Boulder regularly, for events on and around the University of Colorado campus, outdoor community days and office breakfasts. Everything comes on our truck: the waffle irons, the toppings bar and the crew who cooks.

Planning a Boulder event
Since spring 2026 we've catered 10 events in Boulder, mostly community and city events.
CU Boulder departments and student groups plan a lot of the city's large gatherings. Campus venues set their own rules for outside food vendors, so check with your department or venue coordinator first; we can send a certificate of insurance on request.
Boulder Valley School District schools, the city's apartment and senior living communities, and local offices round out our Boulder bookings.
Offices around downtown and the east Boulder business parks usually want something quick before the workday, and a waffle station serves about a guest a minute.
Typical venues
- Campus lawns and event spaces (with the venue's approval)
- Parks and fields for community days and concerts
- Office lobbies and break rooms
- Apartment and senior living community rooms
